“It is an exceptional venue. It combines hundreds of years of history hidden behind the façade of Threadneedle Street. You can look up and see Tower 42 in the middle of the ancient mediaeval courtyard covered in stunning wisteria flowers. The service is second to none. You are made to feel welcome, special and individual. The food is sublime. Given that the food comes out of the oldest working kitchen in London, extant since at least the 15 century, you would never know that this isn’t an ultra modern catering facility. I have been to conferences talking about mental health, through to incredible transformations to ice palaces discussing the finer points of whisky! It is just fantastic. History, service, stunning surroundings and service you cannot possibly fault, this has to be the winner. “
